Weet-Bix Peanut Butter Cups

Need a quick, wholesome treat that ticks all the boxes? These Weet-Bix Peanut Butter Cups are a no-bake winner. With just a handful of pantry staples and zero fuss, you’ll have a batch of chewy, chocolate-topped bites ready in no time. Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon pick-me-ups or a little something sweet after dinner, they’re high in fibre, naturally sweetened and super satisfying. Make them once and you’ll be hooked!

Ingredients

  • 6 Weet-Bix (crushed)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (or school safe peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Chocolate (for topping)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Weet-Bix in a large bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and chia seeds. Mix until fully combined. 
    Tip: If peanut butter is too thick, microwave it for 10–15 seconds first.
  3. Spoon into silicone moulds and press down firmly.
  4. Chill in the fridge until set (about 20 mins).
  5. Melt your chocolate and spoon it over each cup.
  6. Sprinkle a little salt on top if you like.
  7. Return to fridge to set again. Store in an airtight container.
